  3. Homework problems are assigned using the formula: if N=number of problems in section, S= the result of rounding up N/15, then the problems assigned are 1,1+S,1+2S, etc. For example, in section 5.1 there are N=25 problems so S= round up 25/15=2 and the assignment is 1,3,5,7, ... , 25.
